THE RAID

We just need to die in the right place, make a wall of our bodies they'll have to climb over. Every minute we delay them here is another barricade erected elsewhere. Look at each other now. Memorise these faces. Soon we'll be together on the Wall of Sacrifice.
For Apollo! CHARGE!"

Infiltrators from Artemis embark on a sabotage mission against the city of Apollo, while a larger engagement between main forces is distracting the defenders of Apollo.

The Infiltrators are dropped off near the target area, but the final approach is on foot, to avoid detection.

After a while, their target comes into view - one of the many outlier facilities of the city of Apollo.

They encounter sentries, but manage to quickly eliminate them.

The sentries die alone, screaming into the void as their helmets shatter, or burn inside their suits as their oxygen mix ignites... There is no good way to die in the vacuum of space.

The infiltrators quickly move to override one of the outer airlock hatches of the base.

Once they are inside, they know the alarms will be triggered - the inner hatch of the airlock is blown to create havoc on the other side.

The Infiltrators charge in and open fire on anything that moves.

The Infiltrators leave behind a trail of death and destruction.

Breaching one of Apollo's factories, the Infiltrators continue their grim task.

Afterwards, the Infiltrators begin searching the facility for their next target.

In the meantime, workers throughout the facility have begun to arm themselves from the emergency weapons caches.

The workers are taking up positions. From here on, they will defend every inch of their facility.

When the Infiltrators approach, the defenders ambush them from their barricaded positions and a fierce battle erupts.

While the battle rages, a lone infiltrator is searching for the facility's main reactor.

The infiltrator ruthlessly kills anyone in her path.

When she has found her target, she calmly sets up her explosive device...

Moments later, a huge explosion rips through the facility!

Many in the facility are killed during the explosion and the ensuing firestorm.

The rest die, when the facility automatically vents its breathable air into the vacuum of space, in order to suppress the fire...

As the last of the air leaves the damaged dome...

...the facility has become a tomb.

Just a few hours later, an army of new Apollo clones is deployed to repair and re-populate the facility.

The first task for the new clones is to dispose of the remains of their predecessors... A glimpse of a fate that may await them too!

At the same time, Apollo scouts are preparing for a retaliatory strike on Artemis.

And so, the forever war on the moon continues...
